Oak & Sons isn't some massive corporation with a mission statement nobody reads. We're a crew of 23 people who show up every day to help folks stay in their homes instead of packing up and moving. Our projects range from installing grab bars in a 78-year-old's bathroom to completely rethinking someone's living space. Open Positions
Installation Specialist
You'll install grab bars, ramps, accessible showers, and all the gear that keeps people safe at home. Need to be comfortable with power tools, able to read blueprints, and cool with older folks (they're the best, honestly). Valid driver's license required.

Manage 8-12 projects simultaneously. Client communication, scheduling crews, ordering materials, dealing with the inevitable hiccups. You're organized, you don't panic easily, and you actually like problem-solving. Excel skills matter more than you'd think.

Visit clients' homes, identify accessibility issues, recommend solutions, and prepare detailed assessment reports. You need to be tactful (people are sometimes sensitive about their homes), observant, and good at explaining technical stuff in plain language.

Invoice tracking, scheduling, customer follow-ups, basic bookkeeping. You're detail-oriented, you catch our mistakes before they become problems, and you're comfortable juggling 47 different small tasks in a day. 25-30 hours weekly.
